SiteMinder’s annual #HotelBookingTrends Report

The team at SiteMinder released their annual #HotelBookingTrends - the most authoritative analysis of hotel booking data with findings from over 115 million reservations. A key insight for me is it’s great to see Direct Bookings as the top 3 source (for USA), but makes me wonder what we can do to get it to #1?
