The team at SiteMinder released their annual #HotelBookingTrends - the most authoritative analysis of hotel booking data with findings from over 115 million reservations. A key insight for me is it’s great to see Direct Bookings as the top 3 source (for USA), but makes me wonder what we can do to get it to #1?

Historically, Revenue Managers & Distribution teams have tried to "break" their systems to make them do what they want and need them to do. SiteMinder customers did that and then SiteMinder LISTENED and is working to enhance the system.
